I don't notice that, could be from their use of cleaner tones and minimal tremolo picking though. It can sound choppy at times but it's just how they play their instruments.

This actually changes pace and has a lot of standout moments, it just takes a quite a few listens to start recognizing them because they are a little more hidden than on Paracletus.
