'They would have these great moments of melody and singing than it would be ruined by this abrasive screechy sounding bull shit; Why ruin a song?'

haha, exactly Jeff

i find about half of the material on their self titled is as good as anything they've ever put out.....afterlife, gunslinger, lost, heaven, and dear god are all excellent songs

Idk, personally I would say A Little Piece of Heaven is one of their worst. I find it hard to get through actually

Haha Titan I don't know how else to describe it man never understood the fuss. So much more groove, melody, and songwriting on here. They got outta that fad and Did dun right.. ha, for a 70 minute record this feels pretty damn good as a whole. Last few songs are excellent! "Exist" especially.. lotta very cool moments on here. By far and away their most ambitious record.. dare I say best?

Well, self-titled is pretty much my favorite. I love every track off of that except Lost, Almost Easy, and Unbound

The mix here is gross, agreed.

WtF has some of their best tracks by far for me, And All Things Will End for example. My top 10 A7X would be like 3-4 WtF songs at least haha. Anyway this band made 7 full lengths with as many sounds, it's pointless to fight for the first spot. Great band, nothing awful for me

I think the production is fine, but I bought the CD not sure how it sounds elsewhere. Record gets better with each spin, it's great really. Naysayers can fuck right off I spent plenty of time listening to this before I fully rated it. Ding ding Hard rock/metal done right!

Word! You know what's up. One of the records I'm enjoying the most this year, takes me back to the shit I used to love. 74 minutes!? No wasted moments here

wtf > this/city of evil > self titled > everything else

i really wish the band wouldve used the rev as the vocalist and should've split after he died. synyster should be in a better band lol

on WTF, the vocal melodies were a huge strength, it's hard to even listen to him on a lot of stuff that follows. his voice sounds totally shot here.

The Rev and Synyster were always the best part of the band
