nah, its not really discussion when youve already been in the thread telling everyone you think it sucks, and then continuing to bring it up as the thread goes on, even when its not relevant to anything anyone has said. seems more like contrarian behavior than discussion.

I'll agree that opinions are justified on both sides of any review. The metal community as a whole fosters a fuck ton of unjustified entitlement with little give on either side of a discussion. Instead of "OK, that's a valid point but here's why I disagree" it's more "I'm right, and there's no argument *sticks fingers in ears and raspberry's tongue*".

Pretty cool album, my only gripe is that there are like 393039202 other albums that sound like this.

its about the songwriting

...and delivery, attitude, production, lyrics etc.

Nails know how to do this brand of metal and they pull it off well imo even though they're most definitely not one of the most inventive bands out there. What's not to enjoy really?
