I don't even like the music on this all that much. Even if the lyrical content wasn't dire, I can't say I'd enjoy this.

I'm with Clover on this. Criticize me if you want for not listing, but the lyrics are what's supposed to make this. The message is the purpose. The content doesn't offend me, what offends me are the ratings that show there's people shallow enough to find any artistic value in this garbage.

yeah but it seems that the problem everyone who vehemently hates this has with it is purely based on the ideology and not the music itself. she's a great singer and the beats are good for the most part so i couldnt really care less about that aspect.

tbh i 3.5'd this instead of 3'ing it just to be contrarian but yeah point being most of the 1's and 1.5's are purely based off spite over the concepts and pretty much ignoring that the music itself is hardly irredeemable by any means.

i'm not always super attuned to lyrics (especially applies to new radiohead) but the lyrics are so prominent on this. the music is great in many places though. like i said, 4 degrees is awesome af. drone bomb me is cool too. i'm prob being overly harsh though

yeah exactly, i find it hard to justify 1'ing something over the lyrics alone if the music itself is fine (or 'great' in many places for that matter)
