Got a feeling this will be 4-4.1 territory dude.

Also what's everyone's problem with Perfect Life? The spoken word works well within the context of the record and the second half where Steve comes in is hnnnng.

Perfect Life is not a perfect track, but I love listening to something with a fresher sound

This has moments of classic 70's prog but as a whole the album is certainly pretty innovative and diverse.

That's one of the reasons I think it's his best solo album yet, the modern flourishes and poppier moments make it seem less dated and more diverse as a whole.

This may not only be one of Steven Wilson's finest works, but one of the finest works by anyone in some time. The emotions, the ideas, the atmosphere, the blend of styles used to convey the concept, and just the music itself all come together to create a record as close to perfect as I've experienced. This is an album that should sell millions of copies, but unfortunately won't.

Sput has changed massively since you've been away, a cultural artistic hotbed of lively musical debate, interesting ideas, basically a symposium where people are constructing a pathway to a better brighter more humane future.

Now you've popped up it'll be shit again.
