If someone can point out the differences that will also help a lot. Like "this has more grow vocals, and less shredding" or stuff like that.

They're both really good. It's hard to pick a top album, but I'm still more drawn to this one. This one has more growls and is more aggressive. On the other hand, the "robotic" vocals are better and more diverse on the new album.

Vocals and Drums are better on the other album, it has more cleaner production too, but the bass is lacking when compared to this, the bass is amazing on this album. Just get both.

i love this album so so so so much, and ive only had it for a week. it has ridiculous amounts of replay value.
also, this review is one of the best ive seen here
Anoyone else get put into a trance when listening to any of these songs? Even Uroboric Forms! its strange, only Opeth had the power to do that to me, and now Cynic too. And i'm seeing both together VERY soon!
