hey so if you never liked any linkin park this won't change your mind. if you don't like mainstream "anything" this won't change your mind. if you think linkin park's songwriting has gone downhill (you're wrong they've never actually been all that good) but this won't change your mind. but if you're looking for the spiritual successor to meteora, you might find something to like here.

im super looking forward to the next months of everyone telling us why were dumb to be enjoying this, though.

Holy fuck, I just realised that I've listened to the album before its official release for the first
time. One more reason to 4 this for me. Fucking hype and shit.

Are you actually serious

I gave this album a listen and I'm kinda disappointed. I really want to love these guys' music, but I can't. I remember back in high school I loved them so much, but I can't stop feeling that after Meteora they should've started making music under another name. Lost in the echo and New Divide were the only songs I enjoyed since they decided to be experimental. The Hunting Party was quite boring to me, almost every song sounded the same and even though Chester began to scream again and Mike raps, too, their sound still kinda awkward to my ears. This album is like a once great band's desparate act for being badass again. At least THP isn't as aweful and cheesy as A Thousand Suns. Though any 14-16 years old and die-hard fans will probably like this album. I downloaded it, listened to it and deleted. I'll spend my money to support other bands, I guess.
