This band lost me with Viva and from the sounds of things, they're never gonna get me back. Also, maybe it is just me, but "Midnight" is really bland. When I think good Coldplay, I think "Trouble", "Politik", "X&Y", "Daylight", "God Put a Smile upon your Face", "See You Soon", etc.

You do realize that wasn't a full list? :-P I didn't include stuff like "Clocks", "Speed of Sound" and "the Scientist" because those go without saying. As for "Fix You", I don't dislike it, but I feel it is one of the weaker tracks on X&Y.
