THE sound artist of our times. The sound of room/space plays a big role in his music (one could even compare this technique to

Burial). You can hear coughs, crackle, ambient noises, that literally let you feel the surroundings. Even though the sounds are nearly

totally destroyed at times, I get a "live" feeling.

On Virgins, things get particularly clear and airy at times. Nonetheless it is mostly a dark and haunting masterpiece.
