Every album by Ulcerate is a grower. Very impressive songwriting in both the big picture and details.

not only that but i think there is more cool stuff happening harmonically on that album too. this one is still great but everything that's great about it was done on their last albums too. not that i'm complaining about more ulcerate material though, still digesting it tbh

this is definitely their most dense and layered album yet, there's so much going on with texture and atmosphere. And I mean that in a completely different way than the atmospherics on TDOA or the density on EiF.

i actually think the sound/almost awkward mixing of eif is what gives it such kick sometimes. thats still their best release imo
