I think it is cool how they can have so many different elements in a song, and make it seem like a couple different songs in one. Their soloes on this cd are amazing too. I have IKSOSE3, and i think this is a bit better. I think they could be one of the best bands of today, but that is just me. Anybody who can make their voice sound like that, and still have a fan base, is cool.

I had to add some more about this band, cuz they rule major heiney. Claudio's voice is amazing, and almost hypnotizing. Their guitars are so cool, and lyrics too. That will be all. Thanks

Crap, I missed some happenings here.
these guys suck ***
I'm all for different opinions, but that post doesn't support what you say at all and I mightily disagree with you.
Welcome Home is the song that gets you into this album
Not anymore for me. Now it's mainly Mother May 1 and the later half of Good Apollo. Every song still owns however. Right when I first owned the album I thought that as well.
Now it's just one huge gigantic erection where I cum at the end of "The Final Cut" and then put a smile on my face as I hear the short cover of "Bron-Yr-Aur."
That may have been a little too much information.

I've never understood the hype. There are some awful songs on here, "Wake Up" kind of sounds like an old Spice Girls b-side. "Ten Speed" and "Welcome Home" are some other skipable tracks that don't really do anything. The aspect of the album that really gets me is the whole 'Willing Well' series, it's just really dull and boring.
However there are some decent tracks on the album such as The Suffering and Mother May I.

Yeah, those are my two favorites now. I really need to re-write this review. I won't have it deleted though. Too many good memories.

!?!?!?!?!
Welcome Home got me hooked on C&C, so I find that kinda strange.
Different strokes for different folks, I s'pose...

^ I agree, "Welcome Home" is one of my favorites. It is what made me buy the album.

I'm really starting to like 'Ten Speed(of God's Blood and Burial)" a lot, but 'Welcome Home' is still pretty good as well as 'Always and Never'
|
| |
ten speed is incredible
|
| |
yes it is, but the highlight to me is 'Welcome Home'
|
| |
i didnt like that as much
|
| |
the verses get repetative, but the dual guitar solo is very good. that is why i like it so much.
|
| |
we will agree to disagree on this, but Ten Speed is rather amazing

Welcome home is such a great song, and showcases each members talent, but sadly the rest of the album is just not for me.

Ten Speed owns this album to pieces (save for The Willing Well series).

Very nice review.

Amazing Album. The Apollo songs are probably my favourites. The Final Cut is so epic.
Loved it.

dude, did anyone else hear about Mic and Josh leaving the band. It kinda of sucks, but from what I read Claudio seems pretty optimistic about it. Anyway, good review man.
