lol, I'm sure you're true but I just love it, there is a great atmosphere on this album (and it's the same for Eat me Drink me, another fabulous one...) and many catchy songs.

manson's albums until eat me drik me was great. EMDM had some exelent tracks and also some boring tracks. high end of low is worst album and just have some good tracks. born villain is at least better than HEOL but it is not still as good as old albums. manson is becoming bad

wow your either not a fan or have horrible taste in good music... ACSS and Portrait no matter the genre, have better music, lyrics and a shit ton more inspiration behind them and energy then the two of the worst rock albums of the early 2000's. no sensible music fan gives EMDM and especially High End a better rating than his first albums

This is still great, and "No Reflection" remains a strong single

"wow your either not a fan or have horrible taste in good music"
I'm mostly a fan of myself...
I prefer rock than industrial and as rock albums EMDM and HEOL are just great. His voice fits the genre, just my opinion though.

He never came up with any more concept albums after Holy Wood, it would seem fit that he at least built upon it but its like he dropped it and just made songs for the fuck of it

High End Of Low had this vibe in it I don't know, I really liked it (at least the first half of it).

Really enjoyed this. Very stripped back.

It's a nice direction he's taken. Sure, some of the lyrics and stuff aren't great, but it's some of the best stuff he's done in a long while. (not that it's saying much)

Golden Age of the Grotesque was definitely a shot in quality. Really didn't enjoy it that much. His vocal work, for the most part, was terrible!

Some great riffs. I just think Manson's vocals destroy anything worth enjoying on it.

The album is okay. It is better than I thought it would be.
Andcas is right, though. He seems really worn down and/or smashed nowadays.

He's not the same for sure, but I'd say this is a semi return to form.

He'll never beat anything before Holy Wood. He reminds me of Eminem in a way: trying his best to get back to glory days. Least Manson is doing somewhat better though. lol

Yeah Eminem, well, MMLP 2 speaks for itself. I think Marilyn still has a few good records left in him.

Doing guest vocals with Avril is a little disconcerting, mind,

To be fair, it's not as bad as I thought it would be, but it's worrying none the less. She's probably sleeping with him.
