Even if they did end up creating Limp Bizkit in the process.
This album was worth Limp Bizkit.

When I laid eyes on the infamous picture of the self-immolating buddhist monk, I was disturbed but knew at the same time that this album would be so kickass as it is. And I couldn't agree more with ya, mutatedfreak.

One of the best albums ever made. Evil Empire and The Battle for LA, although good, dont scratch this. Every song here is a classic. This Message Edited On 04.17.09

My first experience of RATM was hearing 'Killing in the name of' and 'Guerilla Radio' on Tony Hawks 2. Remembering how cool them songs were im gonna check this album out.

So true that it has aged well. From memory there is only one song on here that I didn't really enjoy, I can't remember the name though...

I always thought that RATM were really overrated, but I haven't heard this in a while, so I'll reserve judgment until I listen to it again.

^ Battle of Los Angeles is probably overrated and I haven't heard Evil Empire, but this one is pretty special.

BoLA is certainly overrated.

Battle of Los Angeles is one of the finest compositions in the vein of revolutionary-themed music, in history thus far.
