djent isn't the same as junz. djent, when used correctly, can add to the music. Junz of any type will ALWAYS detract from the music.

Hmm. When you put that way, I have heard some good breakdowns. So therefore not all junz would necessarily be bad. But it's safe to say most are.

My personal favourite junz are on Prophets by Counterparts

Counterparts are an excellent example of good junz. Attack Attack! is a good example of awful junz and djent.

Nevertheless the use of the term junz in any serious context is cringe-worthy

pretty much. my username is a parody of bring me the horizon. I didn't realize when I created my account that there was also a user named bringonthebreakdown. I'm guessing his username is also a play on the same band. So needless to say I wish I could change my username for multiple reasons.
