My favourite album from one of my favourite bands,but I haven't heard much music of this era so its hard to compare them to others,anyone recommend anything even remotely similar that was also of Zeppelin's day?I already know of Sabbath and the Yardbirds.

Conor: Try early Rush...their first 3 albums. I find them to be really similar to LZ.
Plus the mentioned sound off is so not correct. Stairway and Black Dog are my least favorite songs on this, and Going to California would be next.This Message Edited On 12.25.08

Wow. Agreed. Black Dog has one of, if not The, greatest guitar riffs ever. And stairway is one of the best songs ever written, I don't care how played out and popular it is.
