depends what you feel like... if you want more old-school ambient techno try SAW1. if you want straight-up ambient music try SAW2. if you want something more jungle-oriented go for this and RDJ... as for I Care, it's sort of the weird middle child that borrows elements of his earlier and later material.
it's all great stuff though.

Even though you've started off with Syro, going chronogically is probably the best way.

I like RDJ probably second best after this. fav song here is either Btoum Roumada or Avril 14th, or maybe Gwely Mernans, or honestly not sure why I'm bothering, it's way too hard to pick one. plus all the drill 'n' bass tracks are top notch but I can't differentiate between them
