While the basic Amon Amarth formula hasn't changed much in 13 years, there is a definite step up in drum ability and sound between 2006 and now. Twilight and Surtur feature quite a few songs reaching near the upper 100's to low 200s in BPM, and probably 1/3 of the songs have sixteenth note triplet patterns predominantly. He didn't used to be able to do that.
