I was actually digging the album even after I was done with it.... then I went and listened to Oceansizes' new album and just knew that what I had just listened to with LP was just terrible

I'll be honest, I prefer Minutes more then this, Minutes was stereotypical but had hooks galore, this just bored me. Only like 3 songs even caught my attention.

"linkin park is nowhere near as talented as radiohead"

personally I think Radio Head is boring as hell and totally overrated. Having listened to Linkin Park's album 4 times now I can safely say this is good shit, and Mr Hans and Chester shined so much... I do agree that it needs to be a little more rock. but anyways since it's Linkin Park, it's not going to get the recognition it deserves on this site, pity...

Why listen to this when Reanimation is not only better but at least from their heyday?

Obviously you have no idea what you're talking about

typical... as soon as a band is said to be awesome by 10 people on here, they suddenly become untouchable. Well I'm going to say it. I like Linkin Park better than radiohead

Most of my friends don't like Radiohead at first because they think all their songs are dreary and shit, after showing them live vids of Idioteque live I've converted quite a few. Such a great song.

Ok, I must admit this isn't as bad as I'd expected it to be.

People usually hate slow, thoughtful songs that take a while to sink in. Those usually become my favourites, though.
But from a super commercialised, ADD sugar-high 13 yr old perspective, I can understand why Radiohead would seem boring. Anyone over 16 has no excuse, though

If you think that Linkin Park >>> Radiohead, you are a fucking idiot. Yeah, I like this album... most of it, anyway. And hell, as far as Radiohead albums are concerned, I always thought Kid A was a bit overrated. But this shit is NOTHING in comparison to Kid A. If you MUST compare this to a Radiohead album, compare it to Pablo Honey.
