lakes i started listening to anberlin in like early 2011 tho remember
i've listened 25 times the album as a whole, have jammed individual songs a lot more depending on the song
@tommy wow :[ this is not as good as cities and you would prob get bored of this. never take friendship personal is probably the anberlin album you'd like the best: more rock, less production

yea i feel you, i don't think i really "connect" with it either. it's just special in that it's like the epitome of what i like in music i guess, so in that way i forged a connection by virtue of listening so much, jamming it on my guitar, etc.
and lol alright, i just warn you that the songwriting in general isn't as... sophisticated i guess as on cities. cities is better at what it tries to do than ntfp, but ntfp is prob more suited to your taste
