Love The Infection and The Animal. Their music hasn't gotten any better but it definitely hasn't gotten worse.

I'm fuckign annoyed by their vocalist's way of singing, I'll never check this band out. There are plenty of superior bands.

I never thought of Disturbed as a band you had to "check out"

This isn't bad. Just the same stuff that Disturbed has been doing. Got a kick out of the U2 cover which wasn't bad.
It's not the worst album in the world but it's nothing new.

This is probably one of their weaker albums (I'm not a huge fan of Sickness either, don't hurt me Sickness fans , I just don't enjoy the music on there quite as much as the albums i mention below). The best song on this album that I can listen to constantly is Serpentine. Now that's a brilliant song and deserves to be on one of their previous albums. It seems a little out of place in this track list.
For me, their best and most enjoyable album would be Believe. Now that has a lot of powerful songs and I can listen to it from beginning to end without skipping a track which is a rarity now-a-days. I've seen some reviewers (I wont mention any names ) on here who like having filler but when I buy an album I want decent quality from start to finish. Filler just annoys me.
Their second would either have to be TTF or Indestructible. I was first introduced to Indestructible in a customer's car at work and from there I haven't turned back. Indestructible was in my car for every long trip then TTF made the circuit and I started listening to both albums on each long drive. I cannot remember a long trip where I didn't sing myself hoarse to TTF (especially Son's of Plunder). Powerful backing instruments and lyrics of which the song has to have both for me to really enjoy it and this album has it all in spades.
All three mentioned are must have albums in any music fans' collection.

Every person I know that enjoys Disturbed also cuts themselves for pleasure

I beg to differ, Indestructible was far better than this; if anything this is comparable to a set of Indestructible B-sides.

There isn't really a song I don't like on here, but they all have a lasting value of about 3 listens, at most

Indestructible was LOT better than this, and is probably my favourite Disturbed album. This is pretty poor.
