Terrible attempt by korn to bring back their old style which they continually say they will do and yet we still haven't seen it. Only song that reminded me of old korn was Olidale and Let the Guilt Go besides that this album was pretty bad

good one dick because most tool fans are actually in their 30's or 20's i don't know anyone my age who listens to tool plus 12years old wouldn't know shit about the talent behind progressive metal bands plus when the fuck did age ever matter oh well your comment was pointless since i know tool by heart and i know for a fact 12years old or lower don't know shit about this band besides their fucking singles which piss me off

12 years ago I was a HUGE Korn fan. They were my favorite band, nobody could convince me anything otherwise. I listen to Korn today and I share the sentiment as some of the previous posters. I grew out of their music. I prefer music that is more sophisticated and innovative. Clearly Korn has not grown with their audience.

Korn would still be outstanding if they actually did return to their old style but they still leave us questioning if they ever will.

korns see you on the other side album and their untitled album weren't the same so called untalented bass riff over and over or the same down tuned guitars and you still had to give it shit... korn just can't win...

"I grew out of their music. I prefer music that is more sophisticated and innovative"

Yeah like korn's debut didn't pioneer a whole new genre. I don't see Dillinger Escape Plan pioneering anything except rolling dice to help them write their "cosmic" riffs.

...and the main reason why the bass sounds somewhat the same is because with slap bass you play with the drums which is why it sounds similar with most songs

whoever said you grew out of their sound...

i couldn't agree more.

i feel exactly the same with Offspring. everytime i hear one of their songs, the first thing that pops into my head = fuck! I wish these guys would just fucking grow up already.
