I agree so hard. If I had to pick a favourite song of all time, it'd be between Sleep and Shine On You Crazy Diamond.
|

with neither being the right choice, obviously

Jamming Storm on vinyl right now.

For a long time I thought people listening to Godspeed on vinyl were snobs, but a couple months ago I bought this on vinyl and holy crap it does add something

It's certainly so vast that it's hard to believe this was made by human hands.

That sweeping guitar in Storm after the airy build is so fucking beautiful

I mean, just listen to how everything sounds in the first half of Storm. It's literally so sweeping
and immense. Like how the fuck did they even lol

Always stuck between this and F#A# as the best, but lately Yanqui has been on the turntable a lot too

Slow Riot dude
2nd best
|

Slow Riot rules too, but it's so short it leaves me wanting more

I really have to jam Yanqui again. Don't remember it too well. As for F#A# there's just something
about that prevents me from saying it's their best idk.
It's an ep dude it's supposed to be short haha but it's perfect.
|
| |
F#A# is darker than this one, but just as good imo. As for Yanqui, it's more of an ambient Godspeed record than anything else

F#A# is darker, yeah, but this one's more epic, and I'd say a little bit more consistent, since every second in here rules
