It's interesting of course, but it's one of their only albums where i've consistently liked the majority of the songs instead of liking a few songs and not feeling the rest of them.

I know why. One Hot Minute was the height of Anthony and Flea's drug addiction right before they quit and it reminds them heavily of it. Plus they hate the direction that Dave Navarro was trying to pull them towards musically. Which is dumb because Navarro was kind of making them even cooler...

Ah that makes sense, I can kind of hear that heavy toll on them in the slower songs on this album and I find it really intriguing. Also, this was pretty cool RHCP, but they still ended up being cool in the end.

Personally I thought that this was their last amazing album. Although I do like Californication and By the Way, I feel like they lost something by that time that they still had here.
I kind of hate Stadium Arcadium and I'm With You haha.
