I'm the same, I first listened to this back in May last year. Then i would have given it about a 3-3.5. There's definitely aggression in the music, just not in the traditional form for the majority of the record.

agreed. i think there are many instances of energy & viciousness, although subtle. makes the album all that much more powerful imo.
