@Trey

not yet. I have it at the top of my list though because of Meatplow's review. Just haven't been in an industrial mood in the last 2-3 days.

This whole album gives me the same vibe i got from a cyberpunk anime called Texhnolyze. Amazing show if your into anime though i don't expect any of you to be.

I'm getting the Crossbreed album and the Acumen Nation one now.

hah! i thought i was the only one. but it's always been a "one sip every now and then" genre for me.

it's usually a few-sips-in-a-week genre for me. Industrial definitely isn't the genre you could spin all 7 days a week. Unless it's Crossbreed which I unshamedly do spin almost 7 days every week ;)

I've been listenening to this every day since i got it. It even fits for me when i don't feel like heavy music. Don't know why.

Vote on the users' list and include this album. That would fix things ;)

I personally did, I even put it over Crossbreed (in reality I still have no idea which is better) but only because of you ;)

I just listened to Crossbreed again today and I honestly think this is better.

that was expected. If you would've said that Crossbreed is better, than I know that comment would have been followed by my victorious cheers which on their turn would've been followed by you, stating something like: "jk, have you heard of crossbreed? I heard they suck"

Ddin't quite make my list, its one of a myriad of 4's that are vying for places 6 onwards in my end of year list.

You'd probably disown me for my five =(

...and Crossbreed was worse than this.

you should be slapped around for not having a single metal album in there. Also putting the words "Crossbreed" and "Worse" in the same sentence makes me frown. I wish we still had the smiles, I'd shoot an angry one at yah haha

I guess you had a look then. Karnivool is prog rock, thats close enough to metal right?

But yeah I'm surprised no metal made it. Coalesce, Megadeth, Converge and of course this (just about metal right?) were all 4's and I honestly haven't heard a metal release so far this year that beats that rating (that's a subtle way of saying find me rec's). As it happened I currently have 4 4.5's and a 5 for this year, so those filled the slots.
