Ah... the 80s. I was born the year this album got released. And still people half my age dont wanna get out of the era of hair metal/glam/sleaze and hard rock. And only guns n roses stays on as a legacy people respect amidst buffoons like "rockstar" bret michaels.

the most overrated album in history. Good album but quite far from being the best ever.

I can name several albums that I still like and yet are more overrated than this one. This was simply better than all the Hair metal releases of the 80's, though it pisses me off how they are sometimes lumped in with the glam scene just because they were from LA.

Simply the best Guns N' Roses album ever. I think Guns N' Roses' Anything Goes Demo was better then the one put on the album but still the lyrics were well written, the music was great, Axl's singing was amazing, Slash's solo's and riff's were nothing like i had heard before. Just Simply an amazing album. Also I would like to add that your review on this album was really good and well written.
