this is absolutely the point that she loses the plot and buys into her own hype lol. But theres still some good stuff in the later albums for sure.

it's weird cos I'd say this mid era (hehe 'mid') has arguably aged more gracefully than Post, on reflection - don't get me wrong Post is still fantastic, but it's kinda kitschy in places. I'm not saying this is 'better' (and Volta certainly isn't) but the balance of power has shifted slightly. I always enjoyed Bio the most outside of her awesome foursome but that status may be under threat at some point.
I don't hold out much hope of Utopia ever getting there. Fossora eluded me on release also, yet probably requires a revisit.

Yeah she is definitely smelling her own farts on this album. If she actually sang consistently well it would have been good. Her voice just meandered most of the time and wasn't hitting any melodies or anything

Vulnicura and Fossora are excellent... and Biophilia has its moments, so definitely keep going. Outside of a few tracks, Volta is pretty dire though...

This is the right way to do it! Even medicore bjork is still better than a lot out there, and its usually pretty interesting.

Earth intruders would have gotten a 5 on my ipod if it removed the ship horns for the last 90 seconds. Hope was the biggest standout to me personally
