After my last listen Having a Blast is one of my favorites, next to Longview. Having a Blast's chorus is so good.

When F.O.D kicks in its still heavy today, Tre's drum performance rules hard too.
Dirnt's basslines are class too, man all the memories I have with this band.

I absolutely loved this back in the day (Longview is timeless) but what they became and what they influenced is unforgivable. Pack it in for fucks sake.

Yeah they've not been good for 10 years now, it all just sounds forced nowadays as if the youth has been sapped out of their sound.

The comment on consistency has merit. There are some average songs on here, in the second half.

Check this out, guys. The song in the link is called Hás-de Ver, it's from Xutos e Pontapes, probably Portugal's most famous rock band. The song's from 1992. Listen to its main riff. That's the riff in Basket Case, from 1994. Green Day plagiarized Xutos even if they didn't know it.
