This is not as raw and more polished than Slanted. Just as essential of a listen.

I think this hits that sweet spot in between too raw and distorted and too polished and overproduced.

Plus, it has Fillmore Jive.

Ive tried so hard to really, really like this album, after hearing so much praise about it. I like it, but don't care much for it like a lot of people seem to do.

Ive given it a good dozen listens, still trying but maybe I was expecting too much..
