I wholeheartedly agree with Nigel about his yearning for Go To Sleep to be longer. But, it's kind of in the same vein as You And Whose Army? sounding so epic yet being so short-lived. Interesting, at any rate.

Just listened to this again while marching through RH's discography and I'm going to bump this up to a 4 - although this album obviously does have more ideas on it than any other RH album.

This has been growing on me so much. If some of the filler-ish songs (for me, The Gloaming, I Will and Punch Up At A Wedding) were cut I would possibly 4.5 this. Oh well, I guess those will have to grow on me as well.

we suck young blood would be ten times better if it consisted completely of the climax in the middle rather than all the crud surrounding it.

I think the biggest problem with this album is the production and the lack of flow.

I sucked the moon
I spoke too soon
And how much did it cost
I was dropped from
The moonbeam
And sailed on shooting stars

Maybe you'll
Be president
But know right from wrong
Or in the flood
You'll build an Ark

And sail us to the moon
Sail us to the moon
Sail us to the moon
Sail us to the moon
