I bought this album when it was released, only having heard Scream Aim Fire before buying it, I was quite impressed. When I finally got the album, I gave it a nice thorough listen and I only found a hint of -Core in their music, which I didn't know whether to be happy or sad about. At the end of the day, I admired the album because it presented a more Heavy meets Thrash vibe, which in my opinion, is very unique. Ashes of the Innocent is hands down one of the best tracks they've ever written, Michael Thomas' speed matches that of Kevin Talley (Daath) if not faster.
The guitar melodies and solos were pretty good as well, more harmonized melodies, it's really impressed - Say Goodnight would be a good example on how brilliant the melodies are.
The vocals however, were a bit off. But I didn't complain about it, because Matt Tuck went through a serious operation so it was understandable. Jay, however, improved alot. Throwing high-pitched shrieks left right and center (mostly in Waking The Demon), and his bass lines are actually audible in this release. The Poison still rules though, this release just proves that Bullet are progressing into a different style, or styles of Metal. Can't wait for the next release.

Creating an account just to bash a band you're not a fan of? Now tell me, where's the logic in that? Yes, everybody's entitled to their own opinion, but those are not opinions, they're just mindless abhor spewing forth from brainless imbeciles who have yet to conjure up something that has actual value.
Furthermore, if you don't like a band, then don't make mindless comments about them without giving a reason as to why you're giving those comments. In the end, you just make yourself look like a fool by trying so hard to degrade a band. Seriously, get a life. If you're too inept to even insult a band properly, then you're clearly not worth the time of day, and my advice is to rid yourself from this world, humanity doesn't need brain dead clowns who implode on themselves. Trust me, that's sound advice. Use it.
