I'm not a big fan of the last two songs on Diary. Stops me from 4ing it. This one is consistent throughout and is probably the most unorthodox emo album out there.

It's not bad (no song on that album is). But I'm not a fan the mixing on that track. It is too dense in a way that I don't like that much. I think these guys always wanted to make a song like Eno's work with U2 or Slowdive. They come close to executing it sometimes, but not there.

After just one listen, this is clearly their best album to me. Love how lush and atmospheric it is. Diary has actually been my least favorite out of their first three, but it’s still awesome — top 3 SDRE songs so far are Seven, In Circles and Pillars. Bucket of Chicken is close behind.
