I couldn't imagine doing it to Theresa May. Biggest set of balls round the table.

"Mrs. President will probably be the new title for the upcoming term, never thought of that."

Somehow I've only just gotten around to jamming this. It's amazing on first listen. I love the tranquillity of the majority of the tracks that gives way to a quiet intensity in a select few. I'm most surprised to find that I love Burn the Witch as the opener and that, despite what seems to be the popular opinion, I think the tracklisting is perfect.

This is just a 3.5. It gets pretty boring at times.

You guys aren't as boring as me. My two favorite albums by them are so clichéd.

I mean, my taste isn't boring since I know the best version iof street spirit was the fake plastic trees EP version.

I argue that it's the best version because the song works when it's just Thom and a guitar. The song is heavy in themes of isolation and it needs a soundscape to reflect it. Also his vocals ar just slightly different and sound a lot better to me.

I think The Bends captured that isolation perfectly.

But I can't find the EP version on YT anymore. You know where I could find it?

I'll get you a link when i get home. And honestly i found the studio version to always be overwhelming. Not really sure why.

"She always has said Lucky would be a better closer." I actually agree with that, the way Lucky ends is a great way to end an album.

And alright Cl0v, but I'm gonna sleep soon so put it in my shoutbox and I'll check it when I see it.
