Lemme guess
Your favourite is Amnesiac

Amnesiac rules but I don’t think it’s best
Pretty close tho

Amnesiac does rule
|
| |
that’s a pretty solid ranking tbh. i’d put The Bends farther down and flip OKC/Kid A, otherwise similar to mine.
|
| |
I might be wrong is my fav radiohead song but amnesiac is tied with kid a for 3rd place

Dang, wasn't even close
|

‘Life in a Glasshouse’ is their best closer (and they have a ton of great closers).
|
| |
Whoa what are first and second?
I dunno my ranking but I gotta day I really love TKOL From the Basement

I'd put In Rainbows further up, but solid list.
|
| |
In rainbows and TKOL are first and second for me, they are pretty interchangeable, IR used to be 1 but the last few years I give it to TKOL

Yeah, most people will
|
| |
Damn pretty rare for TKOL studio version to be #1. I do like it but imo the From the Basement version is superior
|
| |
The butcher is also my second fav rh song which is probably a weird opinion
|
| |
I feel like if they’d cut the studio chatter from the live version and made it a studio release more people would put TKOL higher
|
| |
I can never decide whether to put 'In Rainbows" third or fourth. Tied for that spot with 'A Moon Shaped Pool.' Depends how I'm feeling that day.
The highs of 'In Rainbow' are higher, but 'A Moon Shaped Pool' is a more consistently great album.

Basement is good and the inclusions of supercollider and staircase are appreciated but Daily Mail is by far my least favorite song from tkol sessions so i still go with the studio version
|
| |
The last thing I'd call AMSP is "consistent" anything
IR is the definition of consistent tho.
|
| |
If they swapped 'Supercollider' and 'Staircase' with 'Morning Mr. Magpie' and 'Little by Little,' it would be a significant improvement imo.
|
| |
For me they should have just included all the other tkol session songs except daily mail and then just remove codex from the alb and release it as a 2 side with daily mail so I could just throw both of them directly in the trash bin.

I dunno. AMSP does not have a single weak track imo. They just rank among various degrees of greatness. 'In Rainbows' obtains more profound peaks (Reckoner, Videotape, Nude) but its 'lows' are significantly lower and kind of skew the overall impression of the album. 'House of Cards' for example, has no business being on that album. Neither does 'Bodysnatchers' even though it's still a great song. Especially when tracks like 'Go Slowly,' 'Down is the New Up,' and 'Up on the Ladder' exist.
