I recently stumbled upon a video where Keene shows how to play the intro riff to Ancient Covenant. I don't even listen to these guys and I could tell the guy is really talented, it's a shame he's a junkie. That riff is so sick I forced myself to learn it in spare time over the past 2 days and I feel pretty fucking sweet atm. Gonna check out some of their records soon.

Spawn is pretty god-tier when it comes to modern tech death for me, I do t think anyone does it better. Most tech bores me but there are a few I really love. I.e. Beyond Creation
