"Disposable is probably the best song here wtf"
Yeah, it's funny how opinions can differ, huh?
But seriously, I think it's an all round excellent album with no bad tracks

ok here we go MoP > Disposable > Orion > Battery > Damage Inc. > Sanitarium > Leper > TTTSNB
they're all 5s though. that's why I can't understand why so many people say RTL is better when it has Escape (lol), an average thrash song like Trapped Under Ice and the boring For Whom The Bell Tolls. everything else on that record rips, but yea I don't get it

I'd replace Disposable with Sanitarium, and we'd have the same.
Creeping is probably one of my favourite Metallica songs of all time

Because they don't think those songs aren't boring? It's just as simple as that man. Personally I like that RTL is generally more thrashy.

More thrashy yeah, but Kill 'Em All is even more, still not a better album
|
| |
True, should've explained better
It's thrashier, and I also think it's generally just more interesting. It kinda sounds like a compromise between the debut and what they did here eventually.
I may have a little bias because RTL was my first Metallica album too, but yeah just what I think

While RTL does have some songs that I prefer to the ones on here (Creeping, Ride, Fade), there are some that are unmemorable (Escape, Trapped)

Master Of Puppets, is an incredible album. Master of Puppets, Battery, Welcome Home (Sanitarium),
Disposable Heroes and Orion are very strong tracks. However, songs like The Thing That Should Not Be
and Leper Messiah, fall out a place in the album and it sounds to generic at times. So that's why it
didn't reach a 5. But it's still a solid 4.5.

^Agree with your first part. Personally, I'm not crazy about The Thing That Should Not Be, but Leper
Messiah is great. Easily a 5 for me.

Don't get the hate for The Thing That Should Not Be, that song rules.

The Thing That Should Not Be isn't a bad song by any means...it's just subpar compared to the other songs on the album. If it was on KeA or RtL it would be a bit more of a standout.

I get where you're coming from. Personally, I'm not huge on Leper Messiah or Damage Inc.

Bearing in mind the messages/topics covered in MoP, I think that Leper Messiah fits well on this album. I'm not so sure if it could have been on Kill em All.
