Kinda saw this coming unfortunately. Keith doesn't seem mentally stable whatsoever.

One of the great legacies within the genre, very important band for me in general as well.

Hope that Keith gets the help he very clearly needs, first and foremost.

The band retained a law firm to have Keith cease and desist using ETID image etc. until they all sign a formal separation agreement.

But even then, terms would have to be set and agreed upon. This is just a C&D until an agreement is made.

in a reply jordan said the plan is to keep writing an playing music without keith. which like, cool… but it just won’t be the same and the comparisons will never end

So apparently Keith had become very difficult with the band after his divorce and he's been living in a van...
