As someone who isn't huge on Maiden this album absolutely rules. This and Seventh Son are the two albums by this band that have really captivated me for sure.

The prophecy alone is the reason why I definitively prefer powerslave to seventh son (i actually think can i play with madness is dumb but fun) I think the only other true contender to the throne is somewhere in time but as someone who has rotated all the music out for the first 8 maiden albums. Somewhere in times interludes meander a bit. Of course im only splitting hairs because all 3 are 5/5# for me
