First time I heard this I listened to t/t, zero tolerance then halfway through 1000 eyes I was like "this might be the best fuckn album I've ever heard"

I don't think BM really has a Death. A lot of the 2nd wave frontrunners weren't really super consistent. Darkthrone is somewhat, but their most recent material is arguably not BM. Same goes for Bathory. Burzum had a few good albums and then became meh. Mayhem is inconsistent. Marduk is boring. Satyricon is also not really BM anymore + consistency issues. Mayhemic Truth went all Celtic when they became Morrigan + consistency issues.
