I have. I think it's an interesting document of how myopic many people are when faced with something a bit different, which is ironic as this band was always about being innovative and changing shit up.

First time listening all the way through. What a banger of an album, it has the poppier hits with Black Bubblegum and Milk Lizard, all of the grind stuff, and then the three longer/epic closing tracks. Why is this only a 3.7!?

no way I’m taking this over Calc or OP (aka: ‘OverPowered’) but it’s certainly competing for third place and would probably take it by a nose (from MM). This did get a bad rap for a while and it definitely wasn’t ever warranted but the tide had turned somewhat in more recent times (seemingly).

Mouth of Ghosts is sooooooo good, it might even crack my top 3 here these days. Milk Lizard & Fix Your Face are 1/2. There’s competition after that, but maybe.
Bonus content: Dead As History is weird in that the vocal segments might be among the weakest on the album but I dig the instrumental break.

Whoa. I’m with you on Milk Lizard but BB would struggle to make my top idk 25 (how many songs do they have? lol)
I respect their attempt and it did serve a purpose in getting me into this album (and ‘more’ into tDEP), but it hasn’t stood the test of time as well as a lot of the material from their first 4 albums.
