Hell Songs is anything but unoriginal lol

I think it says a lot about this that the only negative review was basically someone say “wow this album is actually really good but it’s a little too much for me to handle so it gets a 2”

"“wow this album is actually really good but it’s a little too much for me to handle so it gets a 2”"
I really dislike those kind of reviews. They're awful.

Yeah, I agree actually. If you don't like something, you should explore why it doesn't work for you rather than just saying, "I get why everyone likes it, but it intimidates me" or something similar. You're free to have that opinion, but writing a review based around it is pointless because you likely aren't providing any real information for the reader to decide whether or not they should listen to it.

I agree, it pretty much negates the point of writing the review in the first place.

I'm not sure what you want Doc, but I've got what you need.
(Idk why every interaction we have on this site now is literally just me hitting on you; you’re just too cute, I guess.)

Satan and Guest House will forever be the best songs.

"You and your goddamn US Maple"
Haha I will try and mention them as much as I can. I don't think the band gets enough credit. (And some other bands on the label, Dazzling Killmen were a huge influence on Dillinger )

i fucking love the transition from city song to long road. "the water sits still...." [slight inhale] then BOOM

No valid criticisms hmm... This is from much earlier in the thread, I apparently said...
'Ok I’ve decided after much deliberation (not really) that this album sucks, it’s all style over substance & far too reliant on the aesthetic. I guess if you dig the creepy atmosphere I can see how you might look beyond the almost non-existent song-writing, unfortunately not for me. The Reason They Hate Me is the only engaging composition here, the rest is just uninteresting & repetitive atonal noise with bland vox.'
Is this a valid enough criticism? Unfortunately I did say it 'sucks' but there are a few other words in there.

can i just admit that i'm an atmosphere whore and bask in the glory of this doom-ridden hotbox?
