I stormed the white house on Jan 6 (4 months after the Hotelier proposed trading revolution for album) specifically to try to get these guys to drop some tunes and they didn't hold up their end of the bargain.

This record got a re-release on vinyl AND they have new merch. Maybe something is happening? God I hope so.

Had any music journalist ever asked these guys why they stopped? So much momentum, thrown away for what exactly? They never formally disbanded or went on hiatus or anything, just went super quiet for a long time

@butt. I did ask them if they were going to put out new material when I saw them last year on their EU tour and Christian looked almost annoyed at the question and basically gave a half-joke non-answer. Something along the lines of "putting out and promoting new music these days is impossible so..."

Phenomenal album.
Gun to head, Housebroken is my favorite here. But the album is the very definition of consistent. Other favorites for me are the opening track, Your Deep Rest, and I believe the closing track but I’ll have to give another listen to confirm. Been awhile.
