Blur fans would recognize that riff, it's essentially the same chord progression as Coffee & TV from their album 13. I Sat by the Ocean is essentially a pseudo-cover of that song, Queens don't directly credit Blur anywhere in the CD booklet but it's pretty common knowledge that the two songs are related.
