this album...is weird



on one hand, I'm liking a few cuts like Arkipov Calm and Under Duress bc they differ from the Converge MO and have some great energy (honestly really sweet)



on the other, a lot of this feels like a slack extension of the sound they established on ATF and explored a bit more melodically on AWL. as loud and ferocious as it is, it feels like it lacks a lot of the oomph of the former two. kinda how I felt about No Heroes
