Good to see people here knows about In The Woods. I would recommend all their discog, amazing band. But if you want black metal stick to their debut, their other albums are more akin to some kind of prog-doom (not post metal).



I don't think it's better than Agalloch but I'm quite sure they took some inspiration from them.

I prefer this to Ashes most days. But when I'm in the right mood for Ashes vs. when I'm in the right mood for this it's just not contest, Ashes is just so much better.
