"Objectivity and respect for the opinions of others are top priority around here buddy guy!"

Uh-huh.

"Anyways, that's the dumbest 5 I've seen around here since since blah-blah-blah"

Glad you're respecting my opinions.

Black Bubblegum is one of the best rock songs written in the last 20 years, easily. Let alone the rest of this album, which fucks hard.

YOURE MADE FOR FOUR LETTER FAME

yeah out of the two big hits on this record I’ve always preferred Black Bubblegum, but tbh neither are top five and I’d say one of them isn’t even top 10 on this record

I was literally just making that case in the last page or two. One of Us is the Killer and Option Paralysis are absolutely their most accessible and “pop” driven records.

I mean shit, I could easily see the title track on OOUITK being played on mainstream rock stations. Which ain’t a bad thing, I adore that song. It’s just very catchy and not the norm for these guys

yeah i honestly prefer a lot of that stuff except miss machine which is still straight beast mode. shame they broke up though. loved the direction they were going in and nobody comes even close to sounding like them.

That’s the biggest thing I respect about Ben and the rest of the guys. Ben has said some shit that pissed me off over the last few years, but it’s very refreshing to see a band call it quits instead of churning out uninspired bullshit.

They very much went out on a high note. Dissociation is probably my favorite record they made. It’s honestly fucking beautiful.

Horse Hunter is so fucking awesome. Drumming is a good example of being techy and showing restraint.
