I'm pleased it's finally become less acceptable to use 'gay' in a derogatory manner, but unfortunately this seems to be the default replacement in some quarters.

I must confess I used the autist term to be funny, trying to explain an incredible effort some users have to dissec some artist's work...I think I don t mean with that nothing depreciative...or sometimes when someone is incredibly talented, sometimes even unnecessarily. I happen to think that the use of the term to describe any kind of unability or dumbness is completely innacurate, therefore ignorant, subsequentely not funny.
