Damn Futures. Digging Suicide Season. That was probably their most generic album but I still have it at a 3.5 Title track was crazy, but the rest of the album was just a breakdown fest. I mean, it was a fun album but it isn't as good as this.

I meant crazy in a good way I guess, I just didn't expect it from the rest of the album. idk I still liked it but it wasn't as innovative as their latter releases.

lol those two short songs were amazing. They were filler but they were bmth filler.
But they went with the party metal feel of the album and it's cool since they didn't keep doing albums like that. It was better than anything Atilla's ever done.

Second half drags this down to "only" being good.

Blessed with a Curse? Alligator Blood? Album holds its own just fine.

Anthem, Fuck, Home Sweet Hole, Alligator Blood, Visions, Blacklist
You could just keep about 2 of those in the album to represent all 6 of them and it wouldn't be much of a difference (besides a shorter overall runtime of course). They are "ok"-songs, nothing less but also nothing more. Last track is the definition of unnecessary and the good ones aren't THAT terrific to weight it up. I can see a 3.5 if you're fan, but nothing more. Just my 2 cents. And a "good" album is still good. Got it on my phone as well. Vast improvement from their first two.

I finally heard Drown. What the entire fuck was that? I pray that they sound nothing like that on their new album.

The Fox and the Wolf was pretty sick imo. It was just really fast paced and ferocious. The guitar work wasn't anything special but it was really fast paced so it kept your interest at the same time. It was only one minute long too, but I agree it should have ending with 'Blessed with a Curse'. 'Home Sweet Hole' wasn't a bad song either. It had that acoustic interlude and spoken word segment, there was just a lot emotion behind it and it showcased the new style of the album. 'Fuck' was a great song, the guitar solo was sick, Oliver's voice was powerful and just crazy, and Josh's voice is just beautiful on that track. I agree Anthem was probably the worst on the album, but Blacklist, Alligator Blood, and Visions are all pretty good jams, even if they are kind of unnecessary. One of those could have been cut but the whole album is a 4.5 imo.
