Yeah but like Zappa does it right and isn't defined by his soloing/jamming, but more by his experimentation and diversity and progressive rock and jazz elements
Jimi Hendrix is cool too
Phish has an 11 minute song called "David Bowie" which only contains the lyrics "David Bowie, UB40" a which are said a ton of times backed by boring soloing... and without surprise it's a Phish head favorite.
