Lol. Thats fine man.

I have a strong emotional attachment to oceanic. It was probably the first non-rage metal album I truly loved.

But in all seriousness carry is probably my favorite song. It's either that or Aeon by Neurosis or Pigs by Floyd. Like it's not just aurally heavy but so emotionally heavy too. Utter catharsis for me every time I jam it

I know that ISIS are fucking legends, but this album still manages to be criminally underrated.

Overshadowed by Panop and Oceanic, it took time for people to appreciate just how good this album is. There were so many bands trying to emulate the sound of the old albums but I don't know anyone that tried to mimic the vibe of WR, so this may well be Isis more.. idk, unique sounding album or smth.

Joe Barresi took this album to another level. The greatest production on a post metal record in history.

I hadn't even realized it's the same producer as on the later Tool albums. Say what you want about Tool's music but the production is immaculate. Makes sense that they toured together when 10k days/In The Absence of Truth came out too.

This one took awhile to sink in for me. Literally years went by before I gave it a legit shot despite loving everything else in their discog.
